My name is Tommy Napoli. I am a NYC-based makeup artist and creative with over a decade of experience across brand artistry, education, editorial, events, product development, and consulting. I began my career at Sephora and MAC before joining Charlotte Tilbury’s launch team at Bergdorf Goodman, where I became one of the store’s top-performing artists and traveled as a Lead Artist and Educator for the brand.
I was also part of the launch team for the Makeup Museum in NYC from open to close, where I guided VIP tours for celebrity artists, legacy beauty brands, corporate teams, and press.
Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to work with a wide range of clients, from everyday shoppers to celebrities, editors, brides, private clients, and live events. I am equally passionate about color theory, skincare, fragrance, and the emotional power of beauty. I’ve also had the opportunity to assist some of the world’s top artists and help develop a product that won an Allure Best of Beauty Award.
In 2023, I signed a publishing deal with Podium for a beauty-fantasy novel series exploring glamour, transformation, identity, and ambition within a magical beauty empire. Book Three releases this October in paperback, e-book, and audiobook.

The sequel, A Witch’s Ascension, B*tchcraft Book Two, launched on September 2, 2025. Book Three, A Witch’s Awakening, releases October 2026.
