ABOUT

Tommy Napoli is a New York City-based makeup artist, product development consultant, and beauty educator with over a decade of experience in fashion and beauty. At just 24, he became a Lead Artist for Team Charlotte Tilbury, traveling North America to launch the brand’s record‑breaking retail debut.

Career Highlights

• Allure Best of Beauty 2021 for co‑developing Meloway’s Your Way Mascara.

• Makeup for Halsey’s “Saturday Night Live” performance x Kim Kardashian; Makeup for Lizzo x Ladygunn.

• #1-Selling Artist, Bergdorf Goodman Beauty Level: Topped sales rankings and, in 2017, designed and taught a sold‑out Bergdorf Goodman × Charlotte Tilbury masterclass.

• Launch artist, Makeup Museum NYC, hosting industry insiders such as Hung Vanngo, Daniel Martin, Erin Parsons, Sandy Linter, and major media outlets and legacy brands including WSJ, Fast Company, People, Maybelline, Revlon, L’Oreal, The Makeup Show, and more.

• On‑camera artistry for Allure’s Scorpio Beauty series and an IG Live with celebrity face‑yoga master Koko Hayashi, where he introduced the K-beauty "Smize 'Aegyo Sal' Technique." This approach to shaping the lower lashline for brighter, youthful-looking eyes has since appeared across beauty campaigns, red carpets, film, and television in the West.

• First assistant to Lauren Parsons on Vogue’s 125th‑anniversary portfolio by Steven Klein; first assistant to Daniel Sallstrom for Harper’s Bazaar icons shot by Pari Dukovic.

• Key artist, Made Fashion Week x Rochambeau FW ’15;

• Backstage artist, Savage x Fenty SS ’20 on Amazon Prime.

Trained on more than 100 global beauty brands, Tommy pairs holistic beauty with expressive artistry for strategic brand collaborations, editorial projects, corporate and private events, and more.

Representation: Tommy is an independent artist formerly with The Only Agency. He is currently open to new representation.
