Tommy Napoli is a New York City-based makeup artist, product development consultant, and beauty educator with over a decade of experience in fashion and beauty. At just 24, he became a Lead Artist for Team Charlotte Tilbury, traveling North America to launch the brand’s record‑breaking retail debut.
